Join us for a bonus Fall event in our 2023 Arnold Newman Lecture Series! Photographers Susan kae Grant and Mary Virginia Swanson will each share their work, speak about their photographic careers, and answer questions from the audience.

There will also be a book signing and print sale following the lecture. Mary will be selling the latest edition of her book Publish Your Photography Book, which she co-authored with Darius Himes, and to which Susan was also a contributor! Susan will have a selection of prints from her series "Night Journey" available for purchase, a special opportunity for lecture and workshop participants. 50% of print sales go to Planned Parenthood.

The event is free and open to the public. Parking is available on campus.

Tucson-based author Mary Virginia Swanson will share insights on publishing photobooks today, answer audience questions, and sign copies of her recently released Third Edition of "Publish Your Photography Book" (Radius Books, 2023; $40 including detachable Workbook). Join us in congratulating MVS!    Mary Virginia Swanson's talk will be from 4:00-4:30. This event is free and open to the public.

Darius D. Himes and Mary Virgina Swanson will be signing Publish Your Photography Book third edition in New York City. This event is tentative and location is to be determined. Please check back for updates.
